Additional Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
